Carlex Glass America Luxembourg called on Rising Up to improve communication between team managers and their employees, in a demanding industrial environment.
The “Free from Conflicts” Track, deployed via the THE LAB soft skills platform, made it possible to work on: managerial posture, relational skills, and the management of tensions on a daily basis.

What was the need expressed by Carlex?

In the world of industrial production, quality of local management is essential:

it conditions the working climate, the fluidity of operations, and the motivation of teams.

Carlex wanted to:

  • accompany his Team leaders in the development of their soft skills,
  • Strengthen the collaboration between managers and operators,
  • Suggest a solution digital, actionable and easy to deploy, without heavy logistics.

How was the platform used at Carlex?

1. An individual behavioral scan for each manager


Each team leader was invited to create a Soft Skills Scan online (≈ 45 min).

This diagnosis made it possible to:

  • identify the soft skills activated on a daily basis,
  • measure relational posture, the ability to prioritize, listen and manage conflicts,
  • provide a clear personalized report, without jargon, understandable for everyone.

2. A personalized course that can be directly activated


Following the scan, the platform offered each collaborator a individualized course :

  • short modules (5 to 10 min),
  • concrete cases in connection with daily management,
  • development paths that can be directly mobilized in the field.


No meetings, no HR support: each manager progresses at his own pace, according to his level.

3. A consolidated HR reading to manage skills development


A simple dashboard allows you to follow:

  • the commitment of the teams,
  • behavioral trends by site or function,
  • the soft skills that are most in demand or that need to be strengthened.
