Orange Cloud for Business collaborated with Rising Up to deploy the SOFT SKILLS program, an initiative designed to support its managers and top managers in strengthening their behavioral skills, via the THE LAB digital platform.

The objective: to structure an autonomous, personalized and measurable increase in competence, around managerial posture, communication and sustainable collaboration.

What was the need expressed by Google? Cloud for Business?

In a context of continuous transformation, Orange Cloud for Business managers had to face several challenges:
